Strength & Nutrition fitness event

On the 22nd of June I will be hosting a fitness event to support runners with Strength and Nutrition

This event will be hosted for the running community to support running performance around specific areas which help runners improve times, stay injury free and improve health whilst losing weight.

The day will consist of a strength workshop to look over the delivery and technique of exercises and a nutrition and strength talk around how to map and solve problems runners face to support their every day fitness goals.

Each person will be provided with a strength and nutrition audit from the day specific to each individual's needs alongside refreshments and a goody bag to take away from the day.

Places available will be open to 10 people FREE of charge on a first come first serve basis.

To attend the event you will need to do the following :

  • Have transport to get to the fitness centre in Chorley @ Raw and Outdoor fitness centre : The workshop, Unit 1 Chorley Rd, Withnell, Chorley PR6 8AU

  • To be a runner with goals and targets to achieve

  • Be able to fit to participate in a 60 minute strength training session

  • You are free on Saturday 22nd of June
