Hey everyone, I’m Dan.

I have a huge passion for all thing’s nutrition, running and strength training. I have a love for making nutrition simple for people as I feel over the years, I found it something that was deemed difficult to understand.

I have tried all the diet plans out there and they never work for one big reason, it wasn’t suited to me as an individual.

Over the years I decided to become an evidence-based nutritionist, it has changed my life but also all of my clients too! Part of my service is to help each client reach their goal by finding out about them personally and supporting them holistically.

Over my 4-year career as a nutritionist, I have helped reach my clients goal through reducing fat loss to become happy and confident whilst improving running performance.

If you have already failed with various quick fix programs, it’s easy to fall into the trap. I’m here to solve that by working with you personally to educate, coach and fit a program into your busy lifestyle so you never have to diet again.

I have always had a love for running but also strength training too!

The reason my service offers strength training is this has play's a big role in transforming your body on how you look and feel. I also know how important strength training is for your health and how you move to prevent injury.

I decided to become a qualified L4 strength and conditioning coach which has opened up so many avenues for me training with confidence and knowing more about what the right exercise for me was.  A big part of my job now is to entail this onto my clients going down a similar path to make those boring workouts a thing of the past but also have clarity on what is suited for them and their goal.

Through a combination of dedicated exercise plans I work with you closely to assess you on each and every exercise you do. Programs are there for you and your own ability.

Gone are the days of setting a gruelling HIIT intense no pain no gain workout leaving you tired, avoiding recovery, less mobile and soon to be injured.

A structured program from the ground up making sure each and every exercise you do has purpose and is delivered in a safe and effective way.  

A big reason I do what I do, is my personal experience which I have empathy for anyone who comes to me as a client.

I want them to feel happy and confident with a feeling of accomplishment.

I want them to never have to diet again whilst having purpose and excitement with any exercise they do.

My passion is to make this a life-changing program.
